OPEN INVOICE CAN NOT BE MODIFY ONLY CANCEL AND APPROVED ALLOW

Dear Sir,

As of now we do cancel to the Draft or Unapproved Invoices, so we have to modification required for these instead of Cancel, by which we will be able to edit invoice instead of cancel and our cancellations will be decrease.
