We need your system for repairing for at least three days. please send it to IT department whenever you have time.

Dear Krishan

As you have checked and confirmed that only 2 port working in my system which are used through keyboard & mouse.

Hence I am unable to take backup in office external hard disk smoothly.

Kindly repair / change port to bring it again in working condition as soon as possible.

Dear Ashish,

As i have checked your system's usb port are not working. hard disk is working fine in other port.

My System do not support hard disk for backup purpose.
