Dear Krishan As you have checked and confirmed that only 2 port working in my system which are used through keyboard & mouse. Hence I am unable to take backup in office external hard disk smoothly. Kindly repair / change port to bring it again in working condition as soon as possible. Regards Ashish Kr.
