Dear sir,

I have checked the issue and gave a solution to your laptop on anydesk because you were not in office. if still the problem is occurring. please contact us in office. it could be a hardware issue..

while working on laptop, it suddenly close down automatically without any intimation. It has happened 3 times on 21st Nov (Saturday) and twice today till now.
