Please change below "FORM LOV CANCEL_REASON". GST_CANCEL_REASON instead of REASON_CODE for requirement of GST Portal.

1. SALF2265 Ver 4.0 - Cancellation of Bills of Lading (Transfer Packing Slips )
2. SALF2225 Ver 2.0 - Cancellation of Sale Invoices
3. EXCF2225 Ver 2.0 - Cancellation of Excise Invoice
4. INVF1625 Ver 2.0 - Cancellation of Tax Invoice against RM PM Sales
