ARMR0116 - > Customer depot ASM Mapping.

As was discussed on 22nd July, there is a requirement of customer-depot-ASM mapping.
Basically, needed a list in which 'Sale Allowed' for a customer-depot combination is 'Y'. Will also need ASM mapped to the depot, if available
