I mean to say that the machines which is showing in attached my screenshot file is offline, please check my attached screenshot files again FYI..

Note: not all machines in the software.


you have written me below "If problem is resolved as per u on 15th then why attention is not available in software" 

its simple internet not working in units please talk to unit head they will open office and start the internet connectivity.

First I have given you only offline machine statements as my previous screenshot file, and i have don¿t mentioned about any online machines.

Second A-15 machine issues already resolved by Krishan around Fifteen day ago and last online date was of machine 23Th March before 2.03 PM.

Third, Sweta informed me only for A-15 machine issue as verbal last Fifteen days ago  & this has been already done by Krishna, and Canpac Machine issues get through bugzilla ID 3301 and i was already replayed to about this.

Further if you want to take online machine of A-15 Unit so kindly inform to Unit head they will open office and start the internet connectivity.

as already mentioned in my previous comment that sweta already informed you many times but action not taken from your side.

Now please give solution .

Priyanka, FYI all machine are showing offline after the lock-down date. I have attached the screenshot of the machines. 

Further Sweta will explain you about the New ESSL software implemented date.

And today i have called to Security guard in sec 58 Noida, he started the machine. But  modem is off in the unit.

8+A-15 machine is offline from the date new ESSL has been implemented, already requested you many times but before lockdown problem was not resolved.

this is to inform you that /today machine is restart by security guard.

Dear Sweta/Priyanka,

I have checked all machines showing offline due to power or internet not availability in units, and units also closed.

If need to take online closed units attendance machine, so please arrange someone to go there and up there power and internet connection or inform to unit head also for this work.
