Dear Sir,


There was a connection problem as the one of two lan wire was not working and Wifi which we have connected through Working LAN was not able to connect ,which is now solved.

Further, i want to share my suggestion that there is a technical issue that we cannot create a call without internet on bugzilla.That's why we need to call you from Extension.
