I have Add column Short Seq. for Form - " FMSF0340 - Balance Sheet Main Schedules".

Balance sheet format

We want to generate monthly balance sheet and its schedule through IMSI system in the attached format. 
Please help and guide us how can we generate the same.

Pls find enclosed herewith the format of Balance Sheet for your reference.
