Dear Sir,

 

As discussed, please provide the list of users who have the following rights in IMIS. in IMIS.    

 

1)  Preparation of Purchase Order for Raw material, Packing Material and General Items.  

2) Approval of Purchase order for Raw material, Packing Material and General Items.

 

Also, provide the numbers of PO is prepared or approved by the user in each company/unit from 1st April `19 to 15th Dec¿19

 

Requesting to you to revert on the same on priority basis.
