After filling requisition form in IMIS for designing items such as : (stationery, printer cartridges, glossy paper etc.) are not getting approval from my HOD Mr. Sadanand Prasad. 

My department (Design & Development) is 250 in IMIS, which is not authorized by Mr. Sadanand Prasad.
