Error during GRN approval of Raw material.

Dear Sir/Madam

I am facing problem during GRN approval of Raw material, plant code:-075
Error:-err.FRM-40509 ON GOODS_RECEIVED_NOTES.CHECK_POST.
ORACLE error. unable to update record.
Screen short of error have been attached . Kindly check it and resolve it asap.
