          1st page login:- E21013 AND PASSWORD E21013.
          2nd page login:- Password already reset and confirm by user also.

Hi,
i cannot open my IMIS 12c account,i have entered the correct password and i have typed BABADB23 in database,but still its not opening.Somtimes its login in and 
automatically logging out.
