BOM not correct so you faced this problem, now check bom master and revise bom for next time transaction. Correct Existing transaction by the adjustment entry

Chips Stock showing in ERP as the material is dispatched

Dear Sir

As we had dispatched Achari Mango Chips 45 GM 181 cases and Pudina Mix Chips 45 GM 178 cases but the quantity of Master Carton Chips (Item Code: PM-SNK-CB Stk: 007) and Potato Chips Bulk packing Achari (Item Code: RM-SNK-CHIPS Stk: 003) of Qty: 763.5 kg and Potato Chips Bulk packing Pudina (Item Code: RM-SNK-CHIPS Stk: 002) of Qty: 755.3 kg still showing in ERP stock.
Also laminate quantity not reduced from stock.

Laminate for Potato Chips Achari Mango Rs 20 (Item Code: PM-SNK-LMT Stk:020)  :120 kg
Laminate for Potato Chips Pudina Mix Rs 20 (Item Code: PM-SNK-LMT Stk:021)  :120 kg
