Please proper study regarding transporter process, because this form is modified many time. After study the transport process provide actual detail for provision in the form. Dear Team, Kindly update the format of Transport Service Receipt Form (SALF2305) based on the following points:- 1. The Term "Amount" should be corrected and this should be written "amt" in whole form. 2. Box of Transport Service Receipt should be alligned properly. 3. S.No. should be mentioned in the format first before column of bilty no.' 4. The Term "Number" should be updated as "Nos." in whole form. 5. Column of "Vehicle Type" is not showing correctly as the size of column width is small and it should be updated as Veh.Type. 6. What is the meaning of status and amount in this form. So, please check and verify and do the needful. 7. The column of "Deduction amount" should be updated as ded.amt. 8. Page no. should be mentioned in Footer/Header in this form.
